1. Agreement and current availability
These terms govern your access to this GamerBFF deployment. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Public self-registration remains closed while the invitation-only alpha is small. Joining the wait-list does not create an account, promise access, or guarantee when an invitation will be available. Access is limited to profiles authorized through a standard or custom invitation.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep sign-in methods and devices secure, and use the official contact listed on the Support page if you believe an account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your profile unless applicable law provides otherwise.
You may connect only sign-in methods, gaming accounts, profiles, and other sources that you own or are authorized to use. Do not attempt to merge, claim, or access another person’s GamerBFF profile.
3. Gaming sources and third-party services
GamerBFF can show or import information from supported third-party services when you choose to connect them. Those services are independent of GamerBFF and apply their own terms, privacy notices, availability rules, and account restrictions. GamerBFF does not control them or guarantee that an integration will remain available.
Public catalog availability, imported activity, user-declared subscriptions, and ownership are different kinds of information. A catalog listing does not by itself prove that you own a title or currently have access to it.
The experimental Nintendo Store connection uses Nintendo's own account page. Complete sign-in and any two-factor challenge only there; do not provide a Nintendo password or two-factor code to GamerBFF. Nintendo play activity is evidence that an account played a title, not evidence of ownership or entitlement.
4. AI-assisted features
Some features may use a configured AI provider to help organize context, answer questions, or make recommendations. AI-assisted output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Treat it as assistance rather than a guarantee, and verify information before spending money, changing an account, or making another important decision.
Do not use GamerBFF as a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, safety, or emergency advice.
5. Content and instructions you provide
You keep any rights you have in information, notes, feedback, or other content you provide. You give GamerBFF permission to process that material only as needed to provide features you request, maintain your profile, secure and operate the service, and meet legal obligations in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, malware, credentials, private provider payloads, or information that unlawfully exposes another person.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- access another person’s profile or evade authentication, authorization, registration, rate, or security controls;
- probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or automate the service except through a documented method the operator has authorized;
- use the service to distribute malware, harass others, violate rights, or break applicable law;
- misrepresent imported evidence, public catalog data, or AI-assisted output as verified ownership or provider authority; or
- reverse engineer the service where applicable law permits that restriction, except for activity the operator has expressly authorized.
7. Service changes and availability
GamerBFF is still being prepared for public launch. Features, integrations, limits, and stored data formats may change. The operator may suspend a feature or the service for security, maintenance, provider changes, legal requirements, or reliability. Advance notice is not always possible.
No paid consumer plan is offered through this deployment at this time. Terms for payment, cancellation, and refunds must be published before any paid plan is offered.
8. Suspension and ending access
The operator may limit or end access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect users or the service, comply with law, or operate a closed release. When practical, the operator should give notice and a chance to export or delete supported personal data unless doing so would create a security, legal, or privacy risk.
You can stop using GamerBFF at any time. Account controls provide supported export, source disconnection, gaming-data deletion, and permanent account deletion. The Privacy Policy explains what those actions remove and what limited shared, aggregate, or security information can remain.
9. Ownership and third-party marks
GamerBFF software, branding, and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you permission to use the service while you comply with them; they do not transfer ownership. Game titles, platform names, provider names, artwork, and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GamerBFF is provided “as is” and “as available.” The operator does not promise uninterrupted availability or that recommendations, imports, catalog information, provider evidence, or AI-assisted output will always be accurate or complete. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
11. Responsibility for losses
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss resulting from use of the service, loss of access, third-party services, or reliance on AI-assisted output. This does not exclude responsibility that applicable law does not allow the operator to limit or exclude.
12. Changes to these terms
The operator may update these terms as GamerBFF changes. The effective date above will change when the terms are revised. Material changes should be explained before they take effect when practical. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them, unless applicable law requires another form of consent.

The Support page identifies the official channel for support and questions about these terms. Do not send account secrets, private provider data, or full exports.
